This week our school lost an important part of our Sam Family. Tomorrow is Mr. Strawn's funeral. I am friends with his family and have met his children several times. I know they are hurting right now and it would be a really nice thing to let them know how much their dad meant to us.
I want you guys to write them a letter and let them know we are thinking about them and what their dad meant to us.
Some of you might have stories to share about Mr. Strawn and that is awesome. If not, just let them know we are thinking about them and hope things get better for them soon.

I will print them out and give them to the kids tomorrow.
The kids names are Chelsea, Adam, and Alexis.
